Can I insure my equipment from outside the UK?
No, we can only insure equipment with a UK specification purchased within the UK. Insurance is valid if the unit leaves the UK, however any shipping expenses will need to be funded by the consumer if a claim is made outside of the UK.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?
